Debate Issue: Reducing Carbon Dioxide emission to 50% of the current value by 2030.

Regardless of the gap between rich and poor countries, countries are paying attention to the change of environments of the globe. People are aware of the thing that copious amounts of emission of carbon dioxide trigger off the global warming which is related to those extreme changes. Though every nation knows that it is a significant problem connected with the future of the Earth, there is a difference of opinion between developed and developing countries. Advanced countries declare that it is a matter of great importance to reduce carbon dioxide emission to 50% of the current value by 2030. Meanwhile, least developed countries claim that exhaustion of carbon dioxide is inevitable for them to accelerate the growth of economy and industry. Considering difference of development degree, do you think the amount of carbon dioxide discharged should be declined to 50% by 2030?
